Welcome to GVURA
GVURA holds retreats in Northern Israel for IDF reservists to find healing after combat.
The retreats combine therapeutic recovery with hands-on agricultural work alongside local farmers. Creating a space where our courageous warriors can repair, reconnect, and rebuild.

Your partnership
We’re looking for partnerships with American Jewish communities to adopt a soldier from afar. To create strong partnerships between IDF reservists and American Jewish communities, working together towards shared goals and a brighter future for northern Israel.
The reservists will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of agricultural and educational activities, helping farmers up north regrow and rebuild their land. Our heroes not only fought for this land but are helping with “Tkuma,” or the rebuilding of the land of Israel.
